Sasha Scott

Always fascinated by what makes us ‘tick’, Sasha read Psychology at Reading University. She then spent 13 years in the dynamic but complex landscape of investment banking, working at Credit Lyonnaise, LIFFE, plus ten years at UBS where she was a Director within Fixed Income.

Sasha’s position as one of the leading experts in inclusive diversity was no accident.

Her depth of experience at the ‘coal face’ of investment banking, combined with her ‘people focussed’ personality and lifelong interest in psychology, was a perfect fit for the markets emerging focus and commitment to inclusion and diversity.

Since 2000 Sasha has worked with multiple global financial institutions and international law firms as a diversity consultant and facilitator; to date, 25 000 professionals in the UK, Europe and the US have had the benefit of Sasha‘s tailored training.

Vanda Jarrett

Vanda Jarrett’s life took a slight u-turn when after studying the more classical Politics and English she found herself in the creative and strategic minefield that was Adland. Working in top tier advertising and marketing agencies both in London and Sydney Vanda worked strategically with blue chip financial, banking, auto and luxury brands.

Utilising the latest in consumer and business research tools to understand consumers, identify trends and competitive challenges whilst directing the creative to extract the best creative work possible to fore-fill commercial and business objectives was the job at hand.

Vanda enjoys throwing her energy into teams and garnering positive energy and a forward momentum.
