Providing the tools, guidance, solutions and ongoing support for businesses to incorporate diversity and inclusion into their workplaces is at the core of Inclusive Diversity’s vision and values. We believe that the culture of inclusion, which respects and values the diversity of its people, is a business that can truly realise the potential for everyone – individuals and teams while providing the foundation for excellent services to clients.
Sasha’s style of working is, by nature, ‘inclusive’.
She works alongside clients to reduce ‘reticence’ and build ‘relevance’ and uses her workplace experience to provide compelling and thought provoking material that taps into key motivators that can be unique to each particular organisation. It may be a single key driver or a mix of commercial drivers, leadership objectives, cost and risk, innovation and insight (gained and lost) or the ability to regain and retain clients that are seen as the most compelling motivators for adopting and integrating diversity and inclusiveness into all workplace activities.
Actor based role-play has become an effective and engaging tool. It allows for tailored scenarios to be explored. This can provide greater areas for discussion and increase the cut through that then allows for a greater awareness of ‘self’ and how predisposed bias can be contrary to what we would state and believe are ‘our’ values.
This is an emotional and often enlightening journey that really aids ongoing self awareness.
In order to be as compelling, relevant and effective as possible, Sasha has created a new term – the ‘psycho legal’ approach. A blend of compliance and responsibility with the understanding and empathy that spearheads innovation, engagement, productivity, recruitment and retention.
